The critical part was to get the cockpit right. I'm not sure I succeeded but I really tried. These are my first attempts.
I didn't quite get a shape that I liked though. This felt better:

So, I ordered some parts and started building.
Some arm iterations.
I also wanted to add some lighting.

And some last minute adjustments before photography.
Final result:
